As the sole Southern Living® Custom Builder Program member on the Peninsula, Wayne Harbin Builder has grown in the ability to produce classic Southern designs and contemporary living arrangements.

As a member, Wayne Harbin Builder has access to the exclusive portfolio of Southern Living® House plans, including more than 600 archived plans and new plans that are added every year.

Each member is reviewed by the Southern Living® Custom Builder Program, for having an excellent reputation among the local building trade and consumers. Their homes must demonstrate superior quality and attention to detail. They must be financially sound with excellent credit based on reviews of their suppliers and financial institutions.

Wayne Harbin Builder is on the only Southern Living® Custom Builder Program member on the Peninsula. The company builds at least one Southern Living® House Plan per year, uses selected program products and attends seminars to update staff.

Call Wayne Harbin Builder for more information about helping you find and build your Southern Living® home.  The New Albany in The Oaks at Fenton Mill is now completed and ready for move in!  Click here to view this Southern Living home.  We also have two Southern Living homes that have been just completed in Monticello Woods, the Fox Hall and the Miss Maggie's House.

Our membership in the Southern Living® Custom Builder Program sets us apart from other local custom builders. This program currently has 100 builders from the South and only one in each market, making us the only member on the Peninsula. Search for your dream home at Southern Living House Plans.

Each year, members of our company attend the Southern Living® Custom Builder Program conference to meet with sponsors, gain industry insight from other custom builders and to learn about new program initiatives. In 2005, we were recognized at the conference for our exceptional participation in the program, using the most sponsored products and building the most program plans.
