My relationship with Wayne Harbin's staff started several years before we purchased our home. As a mortgage originator for a local bank I interacted with Harbin's staff weekly for several of their home buyers. When I found that I would be relocating (for the 3rd time in the last 7 years) to the Williamsburg area. Along with the stress accompanying a new job, the last thing I was looking forward to was finding a new home for my family. It didn't take long to determine that we weren't going to find what we were looking for in any existing houses.

We had heard many horror stories about builders and how difficult they could be to deal with. With that in mind, we performed a rather exhaustive search for a builder that had a reputation for quality and integrity. Now, having been through my first experience building a home from concept to closing, I can honestly say that everything I heard about you is true. All in all, I don't have a clue what all of those individuals who had nothing but bad things to say about builders are talking about. But then again, maybe they were not fortunate enough to find someone with your integrity, honesty and customer focus. If someone has a problem getting along with your or your staff, they probably need to take a good long look in the mirror.
